Following our walk through, Dino presented the keys to Neil and Barb, and guess what??, got a hug from Barb...we really think he plans it that way. Happy Friday from the Gilbert Residence in CapeSide... rough in mechanicals are now complete, with insulation and drywall to follow. As you can see from the photos, the pool has been delivered and will be installed next week.

First framing photos of our custom home in CapeSide for our clients, Barbara and Neil Gilbert. This very peaceful setting backs up to dense woods, allowing great privacy for sunning on the deck or taking a few laps in the in-ground pool. This home will have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open dining/kitchen/family area with coffered ceiling.
